• Ensure proper and secure packaging of all items in accordance with carrier guidelines.

6. Shipment Labels & Tracking

All shipments must be accompanied by valid identification, accurate shipping labels, and all relevant customs documentation (mandatory for international shipments). Incomplete, inaccurate, or missing labelling may result in delays, returns, additional charges, or refusal of the shipment.

Tracking information provided through our Website or application reflects data received from third-party carriers and logistics partners in real time. This information should be treated as guidance only. Actual delivery timelines may vary due to carrier processing, customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, or other factors beyond our direct control.

7. Liability & Limitation

8. Prohibited Items

You agree not to use our Services to ship any items that are prohibited under Indian or applicable international law. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or controlled substances.

Shipments found to contain prohibited items may be seized, refused, returned, or reported to the relevant authorities. Sonakshi Solutions bears no liability whatsoever for any consequences — legal, financial, or otherwise — arising from prohibited shipments. The sender assumes full legal responsibility.

9. Payment Terms

All payments for Services must be completed in full prior to shipment dispatch unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via authorised payment methods displayed on the Website at the time of booking.

Sonakshi Solutions reserves the right to:

• Delay or cancel Services if payment is not received, fails, or is disputed by the payment provider.
